A man has been jailed following a rape investigation in Milton Keynes.
Mohammed Altaher, aged 41, was found guilty of raping a man in 2019.
He was sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court to 12 years imprisonment.
The sentence includes an extended licence period and will run alongside a separate sentence he is already serving.
Thames Valley Police led the investigation.
Officers say the offence took place after Altaher attended the victim’s home.
Police have commended the victim for their courage in reporting the crime.
They say the case highlights their commitment to pursuing both recent and historic sexual offences.
